Upload your bills to ¡appa!, scan your parking tickets, and participate in the mall’s promotions and events to start earning points.

Earn Points
Every transaction you make in the app earns you points that you can redeem in the “Catalog” section within ¡appa! Keep in mind that these points expire after 90 days.

Leveled Up
Plus, the actions you take earn you stars to level up and get exclusive discounts at stores in the mall. You can view the available discounts in the “My Benefits” section within ¡appa!

How do I join APCrew?
Enrollment is completely automatic and free. As soon as you perform your first action within thejappa!app (such as scanning a parking ticket or uploading your first invoice), you’re automatically enrolled in the program and start atLevel 1.
What is the real difference between points and stars?
Points = what you use to redeem rewards.
Stars = what you earn to level up within the program.
Points are used when you redeem physical prizes from the catalog. Stars aren't spent; they accumulate over time to raise your membership level (from Level 1 to Level 4) and unlock permanent discounts.
When do my points and stars expire?
Pointsexpire 90 calendar days after your last recorded activity at the mall. Any new activity extends the validity of your entire accumulated point balance for another 90 days.
To move up or maintain yourstar level, a rolling 180-day period is used. If you do not reach the score required for the next level or to maintain your current level, you will be moved down to the next lower level (never below Level 1).
How long does it take for my purchases to be credited to my account?
Physical receipts or digital purchase receipts that you upload to the app may take up to 48 hours to be reviewed and formally credited to your wallet. This time is necessary to verify the authenticity of the receipt.
How do I join the AP CREW loyalty program?
You automatically join the program when you complete any of the actions included in ¡appa!. With your first action, you're already at Level 1.
How do I level up in AP CREW?
You level up by earning stars. You earn these stars by completing actions at the mall through ¡appa!. Each level requires you to earn a minimum number of stars within a 180-day period.

What actions earn me stars in AP Crew?

Scan your parking ticket: When you scan your parking ticket using the app, you earn 1 star (maximum 1 time per month.)

Uploading an invoice and having it approved / Redeeming a benefit or discount / Using ¡appa! GIFT earns you between 3 and 40 stars, depending on the amount of your invoice. For more information, see the program's Terms and Conditions.

Attending a shopping mall event with exclusive access via ¡appa! earns you 5 stars.

Participating in a contest within the app earns you 1 star.
How many stars do I need to reach each level?
Level 2: 100 Stars
Level 3: 250 Stars
Level 4: 500 Stars
What happens to my AP CREW stars 180 days after I level up?
After that time has passed, if you haven't advanced to the next level, we'll check to see if you've earned the stars needed to stay at that level. If so, your stars will reset to the minimum required for the level you're at. If not, you'll drop to the level directly below. Don't worry—you can't drop any lower than Level 1.
How do I maintain my level?
180 days after reaching that level, you must earn a minimum number of stars to maintain that level:
Level 2: 50 Stars
Level 3: 125 Stars
Level 4: 250 Stars
Can I level up again if I've leveled down?
Yes, as long as you gather the necessary stars again within the next 180 days.
How do I track my progress?
On your profile, you'll find a progress bar showing how close you are to the next level and a message telling you what you need to do to maintain your current level.
What are the points for?
Points are used to redeem rewards from the program's catalog. They do not represent real money or be converted into cash.
